Start your day with Reiki

Now that you have been attuned to the beautiful Reiki energy I thought I would share with you one of the ways that I use Reiki on a daily basis to get you inspired!

Self Reiki practice can form a habit that can start your day flying high!

In the morning when you first awaken try this simple exercise.

 

  1.  Get comfortable.
  2. Place one hand on your heart and one on your solar plexus – give yourself a Reiki boost (helps me to get centred and balanced).
  3. Take a few deep breaths and get present.  Being mindful allows for the busy mind to slow down.
  4. Find something in your life that you appreciate.
  5. Let the energy flow

I have found in my own life that when I set the intention the night before to give myself Reiki it acts as a reminder to take some time out for me and my practice.
